How long do your reed diffusers typically last?
Our standard reed diffusers typically last between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of reeds used and the humidity and ventilation of the room.
Are your candles made from natural wax?
Yes, our candles are crafted using high-quality wax blends and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a clean, even burn and a superior scent throw.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extra care in packaging our glass diffusers and candles. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via secure couriers to ensure they arrive safely.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied with the scent?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 15 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been lit or opened.
